The AquaTrainer 14iX is a quintessential universal aquatic gym with a generous swim tank area with a flat anti-slip floor that allows for a variety of fitness routines. The option packed swim tank features everything you need to strengthen, tone and shape your body through resistance training while you are suspended in buoyant weightlessness. You can swim stationary laps for a full body workout, row to work the upper body and arms with our rowing system, run or jog underwater in place for a cardiovascular workout, or get a massage with the adjustable hydrotherapy jets.
